“劳倦过度、房室不节”肾阳虚模型小鼠睾丸LDH-XmRNA的定量研究

【摘要】 目的对“劳倦过度、房室不节”肾阳虚小鼠睾丸乳酸脱氢酶-XmRNA进行定量分析。方法荧光定量RT-PCR法。结果劳倦过度+房室不节肾阳虚造型组LDH-XmRNA显著低于正常对照组(P<0.01),金匮肾气丸治疗组LDH-XmRNA则明显高于劳倦过度+房室不节组 (P<0.05)。结论该模型系肾阳虚模型,复合因素造模优于单因素造模。

【Abstract】 Objective To quantitively analyze the sperm-specific lactate dehydrogenase (LDH-x) mRNA in the testes of the mouse models for stud ing kidney-Yang deficiency syndrome caused by overfatigue and sexual overstrain. Methods Using realtime RT-PCR methods. Results The average amount the sperm-specific lactate dehydrogenase(LDH-x) mRNA in the testes of the kidney-Yang deficiency syndrome mouse model groups was significantly lower than that of control group mouse (P<0.01) and it was also lower than that of the kidney-Yang deficiency syndrome mouse model groups treated with Jingguishenqi pills (P<0.05) . Conclusion This kind of mouse model is a ideal model for studing kidney-Yang deficiency syndrome. In the process of modeling, multiple agents works better than single agent.
