高温工质冷凝换热试验台的建立

【摘要】 本文系统地介绍了高温工质冷凝换热试验台设计方法。高温工质冷凝换热试验台由高温工质自然循环子系统、冷却水机械循环子系统和计算机监测控制子系统构成,试验段进出口温差及冷凝管进出口温度的测试、蒸汽锅炉充注量及液位控制、高温水箱自然作用水头的设计、冷却水流量计量水箱的设计等是试验台设计中值得重视的问题。根据误差分析结果,该试验台冷凝传热系数相对误差为±7.19%,冷凝管内水侧放热系数相对误差为±4.95%,管外工质冷凝放热系数为±8.73%。

【Abstract】 Design method for high-temperature refrigerant condensation heat exchange experimental system had been described in this paper. The experimental system consists of a natural circulation loop of high temperature refrigerant, a forced circulation loop of cooling water and a computer system of automatic control and monitor. There are several important issues that should be paid attention in the experiment system design, such as the measurement of temperature differences between inlet and outlet cooling water, which flows through tubes or test-section, the filled volume of steam boiler and its level control, the high tank designing for natural head of cooling water, the measurement tank designing for cooling water flux, and so on. Finally the relative uncertainty of each heat transfer correlation was calculated. Relative uncertainty of the overall, the internal and the external heat transfer coefficients were ±7.19%, ±4.95%, and ±8.73% respectively.
