多功效热管型吸附式制冰机的设计与实验
DESIGN AND EXPERIMENTAL INVESTIGATION OF A NOVEL MULTIFUNCTION HEAT PIPE ADSORPTION ICE-MAKER

【摘要】 多功效热管型吸附式渔船制冰机采用复合吸附剂(氯化钙和活性炭)-氨工作对。在此系统中,固化吸附剂以及三维肋管被采用来强化传热。同时系统采用了多功效热管型系统,即热管型回热,热管型加热和热管型冷却。试验研究了回质对系统性能的影响,回质过程不仅可以提高循环吸附量,还可以回收一部分吸附热,从而可以减少冷凝器的冷却功率。40S回质的过程可以减少28.9%的冷凝器的冷却功率。试验还研究了热管型回热对吸附性能的影响,2min的回热的回热率为15.1%的能量。在回质时间为40S,回热时间为2min,循环时间为36min的循环中,产冰量为24.0kg/h,SCP为458.5W/kg,COP为0.3。
【Abstract】 This study aims at improving the performance of the compound adsorbent (CaCl2/activated carbon)-NH3 adsorption refrigeration cycle by applying multifunction heat pipe theory. An adsorption icemaker is designed and investigated in this paper. CaCl2/advanced carbon is used as adsorbent and ammonia as adsorbate. Heating/cooling of the adsorption bed and heat recovery process are realized by heat pipe theory. Pneumatic valves are controlled by Programmable Logic Controller (PLC). Moreover, many experiments have been done to analyze the influence of operating conditions (cooling water temperature, ice temperature, mass recovery and heat pipe heat recovery, etc) on the mass volume of production, SCP and COP. The cycle calculation indicates that the mass volume of production, SCP and the COP values are 24.0kg/h, 458.5W/kg and 0.3, respectively, 40 seconds of mass recovery and 2 minutes of heat recovery.
