蓄能材料物性对低温热水采暖地板热性能的影响研究

【摘要】 本文建立了一种采用定形相变材料蓄能的低温热水采暖地板形式。为分析室内温度恒定下定形相变材料蓄能式低温热水采暖地板模块的传热性能,建立了该地板模块的传热模型。比较了相变材料蓄能地板与混凝土显热蓄能地板的热性能差异。研究了定形相变材料的相变温度、相变潜热和导热系数变化对地板表面平均热流密度和蓄能比的影响;定形相变材料蓄能式采暖地板可在长时间内保持稳定的热流密度。同时定形相变材料地板具有较大的蓄能比,夜间蓄存的热能可被更多地转移和利用于日间供热。

【Abstract】 A structure of low temperature hydraulic floor heating modular board using shape-stabilized phase change materials (SSPCM) for thermal energy storage was illustrated in this paper. A mathematical model of analyzing thermal performance of such floor heating modular was developed. The thermal performance difference between the SSPCM floor heating board and the concrete floor heating board was compared by using the model. The effect of phase change temperature, heat fusion and thermal conductivity of the SSPCM on the average heat flux and energy storage ratio of the floor heating modular board was analyzed by simulation. The SSPCM floor can maintain stable heat flux for a long time, which is difference with large fluctuation of heat flux of concrete floor. Also the energy storage ratio of the SSPCM floor heating board is larger than that of concrete floor, which make much more thermal energy be transferred and utilized for heating during day time.
