改善板翅式换热器封头流场分布的一种措施

【摘要】 本文提出在板翅式换热器封头内部添加挡板的方法,改善封头内部的流场分布和均匀分配的目的。对添加挡板的封头进行了数值模拟,证明改进效果十分明显。当挡板长度与封头长度之比为3,4,小孔呈错排分布,开孔率沿挡板的长度方向均匀变化时,效果最佳。在入口平均雷诺数为1.0×105条件下,绝对不均匀系数由0.95降至0.32, 封头的出口流速分配均匀,且增加的压力损失为最小。

【Abstract】 The performance of fluid flow distribution in the header of plat-fin heat exchanger has been calculated and analyzed. Based on the analysis of the fluid flow maldistribution, a dam board with small holes is recommended to install in the header in order to improve the performance of flow distribution. It is shown that the degree of fluid flow nonuniformity in plate-fin heat exchanger has reduced from 0.95 to 0.32 by installing the dam board. The flow distribution reaches its best improvement when the added dam board has as long as 3/4 of the header length, the staggered arrangement of holes and uniform punched ration along with the dam board length. The improvement guides a direction for optimization and modification of the heat exchanger’s header construction.
