【摘要】 在分析了国际海洋防污染公约后,根据大型油轮自身的特点,自行设计出检测污水中含油量的光纤传感器,并基于NI公司的虚拟仪器开发平台LabVIEW,快速地构建了具有连入数据库和网络传输功能的系统。它在完成油分浓度信号数据采集的同时,将数据传给中央工作站分析和存储,最后完成对管路各阀门的控制。本系统在利用PCI-6014数据采集卡进行实验后,指标达到预定要求,具有良好的性能。更多还原

【Abstract】 After fully analyzing the international oil pollution prevention pact, based on the characters of huge oil marine, a kind of infrared fibre-optic sensor which can detect the oil content of sewage is designed, and a system with network and database management is quickly established by virtual instrument development platform Lab VIEW of NI. While the system finishes acquiring oil consistence data, and the data are sent to Center Control Workstation for analyzing and storing, then it sends control signals to valves in pipeline.
