砖茶原料降氟初步研究
PRELIMINARY STUDIES ON DEFLUORIDATION FOR RAW BRICK TEA

【摘要】 制作砖茶的原料茶常含有过量氟,摄氟过高可引起习惯饮砖茶者发生饮茶型氟中毒。为控制氟中毒,开展了降低砖茶原料氟方法研究。结果表明原料茶的氟含量可有明显下降且茶水色泽和茶多酚含量无明显改变。这将有可能为控制砖茶高氟难题提供一个新路子。
【Abstract】 The leaves of raw brick tea contain more fluoride usually. Excessive intake of fluoride could induce fluorosis for the people who have a habit of drinking the brick tea. In order to control this type of fluorosis, a new method of defluorination from leaves of raw brick tea was studied. Results showed that fluoride content in raw tea decreased clearly and tea color and polyphenol content of tea haven’t change obviously after treatment by the new method. Perhaps it may give a new way for controlling the high- fluoride in brick tea.
