【摘要】 国内制浆黑液浓缩引进的卧管喷淋式降膜蒸发装置蒸汽耗量低,1kg蒸汽可以蒸发4kg水(五体四效),有较大的浓缩比,而且适用范围大,粘度大、易结垢制浆黑液由于流动蒸发而不会结焦,除垢容易。但由于进口价格昂贵,一般企业难以承受,经过研制国产化的卧管喷淋式降膜蒸发装置,在蒸发浓缩制浆黑液中达到了预期效果,生产能力达到引进装置的93％,而价格仅为引进装置的25％。更多还原

【Abstract】 Foreign triple- horizontal tube spraying-film evaporating unit has lower steam consumption applying in black liquor from pulping process, 1 kilogramme of steam can evaporate 3.9 kilogramme of water. It also have higher concentration ratio, besides, its application scope is very wide . With this kind of evaporating unit, solution with high viscosity can’t be coked due to flowing evaporation . The formation of scales on the evaporation tube-bundles was not easy, if some scales formed which was easily to be removed. However , it is very difficult for most companies to accept it due to its very high price. Modified evaporating unit can meet the expected requirement, in addition , its production capacity is only 7% less than that of foreign unit. Furthermore , its price is only 25% of that of foreign one.更多还原
