纤维特性对纸页撕裂性能的影响

【摘要】 讨论了木材纤维和非木材纤维的纤维长度、粗度和纤维内在强度对纸页撕裂性能的影响,用SPSS软件进行了统计分析研究。结果显示在纤维结合较差的纸页中,纤维重均长度是影响纸页撕裂强度的主要因素;在纤维结合较好的纸页中,纤维的强度是主要的影响因素;在纤维结合较差的纸页中,撕裂强度随纤维粗度的增加而增加。
【Abstract】 The effects of fiber length, coarseness and strength on the tearing strength were studied in this paper. SPSS software was adopted as an analysis tool. In this investigation, it was found that the weight-average fiber length is the main factor on tearing strength in a poorly bonded sheet. The tearing strength depends more on fiber strength than on fiber length in a well-bonded sheet. The tearing strength is increased with the improving of the fiber coarseness in a poorly bonded sheet.
