黄瓜霜霉病、黑星病复合抗性鉴定方法研究

【摘要】 本试验是在同一黄瓜植株上,先后接种黄瓜霜霉病、黑星病两种病原菌对其复合抗病性进行鉴定,并分别与单独接种黄瓜霜霉病、黑星病的植株进行比较。结果表明:采用复合抗性鉴定的植株品种间抗性差异与单独接种的品种间差异一致,可以采用复合抗性鉴定方法鉴定黄瓜品种(材料)对霜霉病、黑星病的抗病性。

【Abstract】 Both pathogens of cucumber downy mildew and scab were successively inoculated on the same plant and variety of cucumber. And the multiplel - resistance to the pathogens was identified and compared with the single inoculation of the pathogen, respectively. The result showed that there was coincidence in difference of resistance between dual inoculation and single inoculation. The method of multiple - resistance identification can be used in cucumber varieties.
