【摘要】 本文以玉米皮蒸煮液为培养基质,液体发酵灵芝菌株,对工艺条件进行了研究,研究结果确定优化工艺参数为:接种量15％,转速150rpm,培养时间3d,种龄5d,培养基添加KH2PO4 2％和MgSO40．9％,pH中性,该条件下发酵可获得灵芝菌丝体19．77g/L。更多还原

【Abstract】 By using Ganoderma lucidum as strain and com skin braised filtrate as culture medium, the tech from fermentation are studied in this article. By results analyzing, the optimized tech parameters are: inoculation amount 15%, rotate speed 150rpm, culture time 3d, 5d aged strain, KH2PO4 2% and MgSO4 0.9%, pH 7. In these conditions, the biomass of Ganoderma lucidum could reach 19.77g/L.更多还原
