灵芝发酵玉米皮蒸煮液工艺研究
THE STUDY ON TECH FROM FERMENTATION OF GANODERMA LUCIDUM AND CORN SKIN BRAISED FILTRATE

【摘要】 本文以玉米皮蒸煮液为培养基质,液体发酵灵芝菌株,对工艺条件进行了研究,研究结果确定优化工艺参数为:接种量15%,转速150rpm,培养时间3d,种龄5d,培养基添加KH2PO4 2%和MgSO40.9%,pH中性,该条件下发酵可获得灵芝菌丝体19.77g/L。
【Abstract】 By using Ganoderma lucidum as strain and com skin braised filtrate as culture medium, the tech from fermentation are studied in this article. By results analyzing, the optimized tech parameters are: inoculation amount 15%, rotate speed 150rpm, culture time 3d, 5d aged strain, KH2PO4 2% and MgSO4 0.9%, pH 7. In these conditions, the biomass of Ganoderma lucidum could reach 19.77g/L.
