【摘要】 观察了荆西口蘑的菌丝形态特征,研究了影响荆西口蘑菌丝生长的条件因素。试验结果表明,荆西口蘑菌丝的生长温度范围为15℃-35℃,最适温度为25℃-30℃;菌丝生长的适宜pH为4．0-8．5,最适pH为6．0-7．0:菌丝生长的适宜培养基含水量为55％-75％,最适为65％;菌丝生长的最适碳源为麦芽糖和蔗糖,最适氮源为蛋白胨和酵母膏。更多还原

【Abstract】 The morphological characteristics of Tricholoma giganteum mycelium and major factors affecting mycelial growth were studied in this paper. Results of the trials showed that the optimum temperature for Tricholoma giganteum mycelium to grow was 15℃-35℃ with the optimal temperature being 25℃-30℃, that the pH suitable for its mycelial growth was 4.0-8.5 , with the optimal pH being 6.0-7.0,and that the optimum substrate moisture content was between 55% and 70% ,with the optimal moisture content being 65%. and that the optimal carbon source was Maltose and Sucrose , and the optimal nitrogen source was Peptone and yeast extract.更多还原
