应用菌根多样性技术提高野生正红菇采收量研究
MYCORRHIZAL BIODIVERSITY’S INFLUENCE ON THE FINE ROOT MASS OF CYCLOBALANOPSIS CHUNGH AND BASIDIOCARP COLLECTION OF RUSSULA VENOSA

【摘要】 在正红菇采集干扰的红槠(Cyclobalanopsis chungii(Metc)Hsu et Jen)纯林中,通过菌根多样性和生态保护等处理后,处理区的菌根菌种类增加了11个,红菇产量增加了11.25kg.hm-2,增幅68.18%,差异显著;全层细根生物量增加了3.35t.hm-2,差异显著;土表0-10cm层细根生物量增加了3.26t.hm-2,增幅 189%,差异极显著。试验结果表明人工促进菌根多样性不仅提高了森林生态系统中的乔木细根量,还提高了菌根菌的丰度和频度,进而提高正红菇的产量。
【Abstract】 With the treatments of mycorrhizal biodiversity and environment protection in a pure stand of Cyclobalanopsis chungii that had been disturbed by intemperate mushroom collections’ action, the species of ectomycorrhizas found in the treatments are 11 more than contrast, the total basidiocapes of Russula vinoaa are 11.25kg.hm-2 more significantly, and fine root mass in soil cores of 0-10cm are 3.26 t.hm-2 more than constracts, or.189 percentagy more, most significantly. It is suggested that the mycorrhizal biodiversity raised the fine root mass and then enhanced the abundance and frequency of Mycorrhizal basidiocarp.
