珍稀食用菌新品种——巨大口蘑(荆蘑)驯化栽培研究
STUDY ON DOMESTICATION AND CULTIVATION OF JINMO (MACROCYBE GIGANTEA), A RARE AND PRECIOUS EDIBLE MUSHROOM

【摘要】 荆蘑菌丝最适培养温度25-30℃,菌种适宜保藏温度15℃±1℃。培养基最适含水量65%-70%,用发酵 14d的稻草棉籽壳培养基代料栽培,荆蘑子实体生长最好。原基发生适宜温度20-34℃,子实体生长最适温度25-32℃,最适空气相对湿度85%-95%。荆蘑菌丝满袋后需适温下继续培养60d左右达生理成熟。荆蘑栽培必须覆土。
【Abstract】 The optimal temperature for the mycelial growth of Jinmo (Macrocybe gigantea) is 25℃-30℃, and for spawn preservation is 15℃±1℃.The optimal moisture content of culture media is 65%-70%. Fruit body of Jinmo grows best on culture media made of rice straw and cotton seed hull which have been fermented for 14 days.The optimal temperature for the primordia formation of Jinmo is 20℃-34℃, and for the fruit body growth is 25℃-32℃.The optimal air humidity for the fruit body growth is 85%-95%. After fulfilled the bag, the mycelia of Jinmo can not reach physiological ripeness without further incubation for about 60 days. The mycelia bags of Jinmo must be cased to promote fruiting.
