金属磁记忆方法在压力容器检验中的应用

【摘要】 研究了金属磁记忆技术对不锈钢和碳钢容器进行检测的特点及方法。分别对新建的AISI 不锈钢化工原料储罐和Q235洗涤塔塔身进行了磁记忆检测,对比了罐体母材与焊缝处的磁记忆特性。为考察碳钢罐体焊接质量和热处理效果,对热处理前后的磁记忆特性进行了跟踪检测。结果表明:不锈钢储罐母材本身不具有磁性,但是焊缝处则具有明显的磁特性;碳钢的洗涤塔塔身热处理前焊缝处磁特性不均匀,经过局部热处理,磁记忆曲线有所改善,磁场强度变化幅度降低,说明热处理消除了应力集中,也消除了磁不均匀性。通过与X射线所测残余应力结果对比,发现残余应力水平与焊缝的磁特性水平没有正相关关系。
【Abstract】 To ensure the good quality of pressure vessels, testing on weld is very important and universal. Metal Magnetic Memory Method is a new non - destructive test method that has been developed rapidly in the past few years. In this paper, weld of AISI304 storage tank and Q235B washing tower are inspected using Metal Magnetic Memory Method. The result shows that the weld has magnetism property itself, that the residual stress values is not in proportion to the magnetism level, and that the heat treatment has influence on the magnetism.
