药芯焊丝CO2气体保护焊在复合钢制压力容器中的应用

【摘要】 通过焊接坡口、焊接材料、焊接规范的选择以及焊接操作的控制,将药芯焊丝CO2气体保护焊工艺运用于大型复合钢制压力容器制造,使之在保证焊接接头耐蚀性能的前提下,提高了焊接效率和焊接质量,具有明显的经济效益和推广价值。

【Abstract】 FCAW process is used in fabrication of large - sized clad steel pressure vessels by selection of weld bevels, welding materials and welding parameters as well as control of welding operation technique. It raises welding efficiency and welding quality on the premise that ensure corrosion resistance of the weld joint. So, it has obviously economic benefits and values of spread.
