钛钒基合金在吸放氢状态下的局域结构
Local Structure of Hydride and Dehydride Ti-V-Cr Alloy Investigated by Synchrotron Radiation Diffraction Enhanced Imaging Technoque and X-ray Absortion Spectroscopy

【摘要】 在北京同步辐射装置上开展了对作为储氢材料的Ti-V-Cr固溶体的硬X射线衍射增强成像和X射线吸收谱学(XAS)研究,发现了Ti-V-Cr固溶体吸氢前后颗粒尺寸和形状的变化,以及吸放氢前后,合金结构从体心立方到面心立方的过渡,对材料机理研究有意义。
【Abstract】 By using the hard X-ray diffraction enhanced imaging technique and X-ray absorption spectroscopy (XAS), the local structure of the bcc Ti-V-Cr alloy was investigated at the BSRF. It was found that the size and shape of the Ti-V-Cr solid solutionswere changed after the hydrogen-sorption. Meanwhile, the parameters of local structure of both the hydride and the dehydride Ti-Cr-V alloys were determined. The structural evolution from the bcc to the fcc was observed.
