多功能全多层高压氢气储罐的安全可靠性分析

【摘要】 随着氢燃料电池汽车的发展,国际上正在兴起加氢站建设的高潮。我国也将在上海、北京等地建设数座采用高压储氢的加氢站。高压储氢容器是加氢站的关键设备。从多功能全多层高压氢气储罐结构特点、失效形式和设计思想等方面出发,结合钢带错绕式压力容器的发展简史,通过与无缝高压氢气储罐的综合对比分析,阐述多功能全多层高压氢气储罐的安全性、经济性和可靠性。
【Abstract】 With the development of fuel cell vehicles, the climax of building hydrogen refueling stations is emerging all over the world. In China, several hydrogen refueling stations using high-pressure hydrogen will be built in Shanghai, Beijing etc. High-pressure hydrogen storage vessels are key equipment in hydrogen refueling stations. In this paper, integrating with the development highlights of layered vessels using flat ribbon wound cylindrical shells, the structural characteristics, failure mode and design concept of multifunctional layered high-pressure hydrogen storage vessels are introduced. And through the comprehensive compare with seamless hydrogen storage vessels, it is elaborated that multifunctional layered high-pressure hydrogen storage vessels are safe, economical and reliable in use.
