二甲醚部分氧化重整制氢的研究

【摘要】 应用自制的二甲醚部分氧化重整制氢的实验及测量系统研究了催化剂、温度、空醚比与流速对反应过程的影响。结果表明,以活性碳为载体的金属Fe催化剂能够提高二甲醚部分氧化反应的反应速率;在常压、温度550 ~650℃条件下,随温度的升高,二甲醚转化率及氢气产率、甲烷、一氧化碳含量都呈增加趋势;在空醚比0.6~2.5 条件下,空醚比的增加能够提高二甲醚转化率,减少甲烷的体积百分含量;随流速的增加二甲醚的转化率和氢气产率同时降低。
【Abstract】 A system of dimethyl ether partial oxidation reforming reaction for experiment and test was designed. Using this system, the effects of catalyst, temperature, and velocity were investigated. The result indicated that the catalyst of Fe can improve the reaction velocity. With the increasing of temperature the conversion of dimethyl ether, production of hydrogen, the volume content of methane and carbon monoxide were improved at the ambient pressure and 550 - 650 ℃. With the increasing of mole ratio of air to DME the conversion of dimethyl ether was improved and the volume content of methane was reduced at the mole ratio of air to dimethyl ether 0.6-2.5. With the increasing of velocity, the conversion of dimethyl ether and hydrogen production decreased.
