方形自聚焦透镜
Research on manufacture of squareGRIN - rod lens

【摘要】 为了提高微透镜阵列的受光面积,增大其填充系数,研制了方形自聚焦透镜。从其成像和外形情况,可知它能满足想要解决的问题。为了进一步了解方形自聚焦透镜性能,就对它的光学特性进行测试,从而得到了它的一些重要特性: 在中心部分,畸变较小,成像性能好,但在四个棱角内的球差较大,像值较差;折射率分布不具有旋转对称,而是与方向有关。这些结果为我们进一步研制方形自聚焦透镜阵列奠定了基础,指出了方向。
【Abstract】 In order to enhance the light area of the micro-lens array and increase its fill - factor, the square shapeGRIN-rod lens has developed. Investigating its image formation and the contour situation, it can indulge the question which isGoing to be solved. In order to further understood the square shapeGRIN-rod lens performance, through test its optics characteristic, thus obtain its some important characteristics : distortion is small and image formation performance isGood in center section, but spherical aberration is big and misses like the value in four edges and corners. The refractive index distribution does not have the rotational symmetry, but concerns with the direction. These results lay the foundation and point out the direction for us to further develop the square shapeGRIN-rod lens array.
