【摘要】 <正>The purpose of our present work was to study the electrogenical epileptic networks in bilateral hippocampi reconstructed by acute tetanization of the right caudate putamen nucleus (ATRC) and its cellular electrophysiological mechanisms in bilateral laterodorsal thalamic nuclei in rats. Experiments were performed on 21 male SD rats weighing 150-250g. The ATRC (60Hz, 2s, 0.4-0.6mA) was used to induce rat epilepsy.
