【摘要】 目的:比较不同来源泽泻种子的质量。方法:用常规方法测定不同产区、不同批次泽泻种子千粒重、含水量、种子净度和发芽率等。结果:四川彭山夏季成熟的泽泻种子千粒重、含水量、种子净度和发芽率表现较好,千粒重可达0.4682g,含水量为12.48%,种子净度可达89.18%,发芽率高达95%左右。结论:不同来源的泽泻种子质量存在差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the seed quality of Alisma orientalis (Sam.) Juzep.. Method: Collecting seeds from different habitats and studying the thousand-seeds weight, moisture capacity , clear weight and germination percentage. Result :The seeds reaped in summer from Penshan(Sichuan province) are better than those from other habitats.Its thousand-seeds weight is 0.4682g , moisture capacity is 12.48% ,clear weight is 89.18% and germination percentage is above 95%. Conclusion :There are obvious differences in quality of seeds of Alisma orientalis from different habitats.更多还原
