北上变性热带气旋对辽东半岛降水的影响
The Effect of the Extratropical Transition’s Tropical Cyclone Moving Northward on the precipitation Over Liaotung Peninsula

【摘要】 9711(Winnie)和0509(Matsa)是两个登陆北上影响辽东半岛的变性台风,Matsa直接登陆辽东半岛,但降水量仅为穿过渤海间接影响辽东半岛的Winnie的一半。分析其变性过程与辽东半岛热带气旋降水差异的关系发现,Winnie和Matsa在北上期间均与西风带系统相互作用,Winnie被中纬度西风槽“捕获”,发生耦合,辽东半岛的降水量大,Matsa只是靠近高空槽底,没有发生耦合,半岛地区的降水量较小;Matsa在北上变性过程中,其西侧的北风分量远小于Winnie的,半岛地区没有明显的锋生现象,Winnie则变性加强为温带气旋;Winnie变性期间,高层正湿位涡扰动下传,与低空的暖湿气流相互作用,低层锋区发展加强,Matsa变性时,高层正湿位涡扰动不强,且维持在700hPa附近,没有与低层环流相互作用,变性期间没有锋区的加强过程;Winnie北上与冷空气相互作用,激发对流云团的生成、发展,在半岛地区产生大暴雨的降水雨带是由多个β中尺度云团组成的,Matsa北上过程中,冷空气偏南偏弱,变性过程中只有1个β中尺度云团生成。
【Abstract】 Winnie(9711) and Matsa(0509) are the extratropical transition(ET) typhoons which move northward after their landfalling and affect Liaodong Peninsula. Matsa directly lands Liaodong Peninsula and Winnie indirectly lands Liaodong Peninsula passing through Bohai Sea, the precipitation of Matsa is only a half of Winnie’s. The relations between typhoon’s ET processes and the precipitation difference of tropical cyclones(TC) over Liaodong Peninsula are analyzed, it is founded that Winnie is captured by when it moves to the mid latitude and couples with an upper trough during its ET, and Matsa just approaches an upper trough but decouples with it, so the precipitation of Winnie is more than Matsa’s. In the ET processes of TC, the component of north of Matsa is less than Winnie’s, there is no frontogenesis over Liaodong Peninsula, and Winnie develops into an extratropical cyclone. The ET re-intensification of Winnie is related to the interactions between positive disturbance of moisture potential vorticity(MPV)downward transported from the upper troposphere and TC remnant circulation and lower layer front zone. During ET of Matsa, positive disturbance of MPV downward transported from the upper layer is weak and rests on 700hPa, there is no interaction with TC remnant circulation, so there is no front zone over Liaodong Peninsula. Winnie moves northward and approaches a baroclinic frontal zone, the cold air makes convective cloud out-growth and develop. The rain belt composed of meso- βcloud clusters induced heavy downpour in the Liaodong Peninsula. The cold air affecting Matsa is on the south and weak side, there is only one meso-βcloud cluster.
