霸螨灵对土壤呼吸作用和过氧化氢酶活性的影响
Effects of Fenpyroximate on Catalase in Soil and Soil Respiration

【摘要】 通过模拟试验研究了杀螨剂霸螨灵对土壤呼吸作用及对土壤过氧化氢酶活性的影响。结果表明,霸螨灵对土壤的呼吸作用有一定的影响,其表现为一定的抑制作用,到第15d,1mg/kg处理剂量趋向于恢复到与对照一致,而5mg/kg,10mg/kg的处理剂量则处于持续抑制状态。霸螨灵对土壤中过氧化氢酶的活性也有明显的影响,其中浓度低于10mg/kg时呈现出轻微的抑制-激活-恢复过程,而浓度高于10mg/kg呈现出抑制-激活-抑制-恢复过程,到第28d后土壤过氧化氢酶的活性基本趋于与对照组一致。实验结果表明,霸螨灵在农业生产实际用量下属于低毒或无实际危害的农药。
【Abstract】 The effects of fenpyroximate on soil respiration and catalase activity in soil was studied.The results show, fenpyroximate had some effects on soil respiration,the soil respiration was restrained for a long time,after 15 days,the 1mg/kg samples were come consistent,while the 5mg/kg samples and 10mg/kg samples were restrained all the time. The concentration of fenpyroximate also had some effects on catalase activity.When the concentration was below 10mg/kg, the catalase activity of soil was lightly restrained first, then stimulated,at last comes back. While the concentration was above 10mg/kg,the catalase activity of soil was restrained first ,then stimulated ,restrained again and comes back , and after 28 days the catalase activity of using fenpyroximate soil and CK soil was come consistent. The experiments show fenpyroximate has little harm to the microorganism in soil, it was a low toxicity or non-real harm pesticide.
