蚓粪对废水厌氧发酵影响的试验研究

【摘要】 在厌氧发酵瓶分别中加入了质量为废水质量10%、5%、1%的蚓粪,使其与不加蚓粪的发酵瓶在同条件下从产气量、比产甲烷活性、pH值、COD消化速度等方面进行两个周期的对比研究。试验结果表明在第一周期,随添加蚓粪添加水平的增加,产气量和比产甲烷活性增大;但由于蚓粪的加入,厌氧发酵瓶内废水的COD浓度也增大,这样会加大了前期厌氧反应器运行负荷,延长了其HRT(水力滞留期)。在第二周期添加蚓粪组的产气量、比产甲烷活性、COD消化速度都明显优于对照组。试验结果表明:蚓粪对厌氧发酵污泥比产甲烷活性有明显的促进作用,可以提高沼气产率与COD消化速度,使pH值更趋稳定,适宜的蚓粪添加量为1%~5%。

【Abstract】 The objectives of this study are laid on to examine the effects of vermicompost on anaerobic fermentation, and also to determine the range of applicable dosage. the experiments were conducted on adding vermicompost accounting for 10% ,5%,1%of wastewater quality. The experiments were divided into two stages. During the first stage, the more the vermicompost added the higher the biogas production and the specific methanogenic activity(SMA), but at the same time it made the COD of wastewater strengthening. During the second stage, the effect of vermicompost on biogas production、SMA and COD digestion speed were more obviously than that of the first stage. The results show that vermicompost can strengthen SMA of anaerobic sludge, improve COD digestion speed, and promote the stability of PH, and addition concentration was suggested: 1%~5%.
