果园机动农药喷雾机监测系统的研制

【摘要】 为提高果园中小型机动农药喷雾机的喷雾效果,以单片机为核心,采用压力传感器、流量传感器、速度传感器和液位传感器,研制了果园机动农药喷雾机监测系统。该系统可实时监测喷施农药过程中的喷雾压力、喷雾流量、喷雾机行走速度和药桶药液余量四个主要参数,为果园农药喷施决策提供了量化指标,为实现精确农业中的精确喷雾奠定了基础。试验结果表明,系统具有较高的可靠性和测量精度。
【Abstract】 For improving the spraying result of middle and small orchard pesticide sprayer, a monitor system based on single-chip microcomputer is developed, which composed with pressure sensor, flow sensor, speed sensor and level sensor. The system can monitor the spraying pressure, spraying flow, sprayer travel speed rate and the percentage of the remaining mix pesticide in the tank. That will provide the quantitative index for the spraying decision and make the foundation of precision spraying in precision agriculture. The experiment results indicate that, the monitor system has higher reliability and measuring precision.
