【摘要】 采用“3S”技术与计算机、通信技术的集成,以墒情监测的遥感模型与土壤水分消退三层蒸散模型为核心,综合利用极轨气象卫星的遥感数据源与多点地面监测墒情、气象观测数据,研发了黑龙江省墒情信息管理系统,进行黑龙江省作物生育期的墒情实时监测和旱情发展分析,形成的分析图表局部验证后通报相关部门,并实现网络信息发布,为半干旱区节水农业的抗旱与灌溉决策提供先进、实用的数字化技术支持。土壤墒情监测及水分消退预报的精度均达到85%以上。更多还原

【Abstract】 The information management system on monitoring soil moisture of Heilongjiang province is founded on integrating with technologies of "3S", computer and communication, used core models of remote sensing model to monitoring soil moisture,three layers evapotranspirating model ,and synthetically utilized remote sensing data pool of polar orbit meteorological satellite, ground multi- spots of soil moisture and meteorological observation data. With it we monitor soil moisture in monitored area at real time and analyze drought development in follow period, notify the analysed outcome to correlative department, and issue it by network information after partial confirmation. This system provides advanced and applied digitization technology sustenance to fight a drought in water-saving agriculture for semi-arid areas.
