【摘要】 以地理信息(GIS)作为信息交互方式的农村配电网管理系统可以为农村电网自动化运营提供合理、高效、完整的解决方案。随着电力系统的迅速发展,农村配电网网络结构的分布地域越来越广阔,系统本身越来越复杂,工作人员的管理难度也随之加大。工作人员迫切需要采用类似于电力系统的实际建模来管理配电网。基于GIS平台的农村配电网管理系统的研发,是农网运营管理的一大改革,它把电力系统的实际建模以图形化的形式表现在用户面前,使用户管理配电网时如身临现场,大大提高了供电人员的管理效率和管理质量。该系统已成功在多个工程项目中应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Geographic information system (GIS) platform, which takes geographic information as interface to provide an reasonable, effective and complete solution for the rural power system. With the rapid development of power system, the distribution network becomes wider and complex; the information managing of the rural distribution network becomes more and more difficult. It is a must to apply the real modeling to manage the rural distribution network. The research and development of GIS brings deep reform for information management. GIS provides manager with real modeling in the form of mapping and make the running of the distribution network easier. It improves the efficiency in managing of information. The system has been applied in some place and has got good recognition.更多还原
