东北半干旱抗旱灌溉区节水农业综合效益等级评价

【摘要】 干旱半干旱抗旱灌溉区节水农业的发展,既受水资源短缺的影响,又受生态环境和社会因素的影响。本文建立了节水农业综合效益评价的投影寻踪模型,其利用基于实数编码的加速遗传算法(RAGA)优化其投影方向,将多维数据指标(样本评价指标)转换到低维子空间,根据投影函数值的大小做出评价,最大限度避免了权重矩阵取值的人为干扰。以东北干旱半干旱抗旱灌溉区为例,利用所建模型进行技术集成和单一技术(喷灌)综合效益等级评价,结果为技术集成综合效益为Ⅰ级,喷灌为Ⅱ级。取得了满意的效果,为节水农业评价及其它评判问题提供一条新的方法与思路。

【Abstract】 The water-saving agricultural development in arid and semi-arid anti-drought irrigation region depends on water resources、eco-environment and society factors。An evaluation PPC model was established on integrated benefits of water saving in agriculture。Through applying PPC model base on RAGA in the irrigation schemes,the author turn multi-dimension data into low dimension space。So the optimum projection direction can stand for the best influence to the collectivity。Thus,the value of projection function can evaluate each item good or not。The PPC model can avoid jamming of weight matrix。At last the model was applied to evaluate integrated benefits for arid and semi-arid anti-drought irrigation area in Northeast China。The model can evaluate the grade of integrated benefits on integration technology and single technology(spray irrigation)。The result demonstrated that the integrated benefits of integration technology are the first grade and spray irrigation is the second。Thus the model obtain better result,at the same time,the authors want to provide a new method and thought for readers who engaged in comprehensive evaluation of water-saving agriculture and other relation study。
