【摘要】 内蒙阿旗水资源缺乏,生态环境恶化,水资源承载力研究具有重要而现实的意义。分析了水资源承载力的内涵,建立了水资源承载力的评价指标体系,建立以粮食、牧草、效益、人口为目标的多目标规划模型,对阿旗水资源承载力进行分析。结果表明:影响阿旗水资源承载力的主要因素是农业灌溉定额与面积,未来发展以牧业为主,但应控制畜牧业的规模,以保证生态环境的可持续发展。阿旗水资源承载力为阿旗水资源开发利用提供指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is an important to evaluate water resources bearing capacity of Arkerqin County where water resources is severe lack. The conception of water resources bearing capacity was discussed in the paper. A multi-objective model was built based on evaluation index including food, pasture, GDP, population. The results show that agricultural irrigation Quota and area are main factor to water resources bearing capacity. The highest priority should be given to pasture in the future development, at the same time; it scale should be controlled properly.更多还原
