医疗废物焚烧过程脱硫机理和试验
Desulphurization Mechanism and Experiment in Incineration Process of Medical Wastes

【摘要】 医疗废物中包括含有硫分的橡胶,焚烧时会产生SO2从而污染环境,因此医疗废物在焚烧处理时需要进行脱硫。应用HSC热力学软件计算可知,医疗废物焚烧炉内喷入脱硫剂在燃烧过程脱硫,脱硫效果最好的脱硫剂是CaO,Ca(OH)2,CaCO3。综合各种因素, 我们选用CaCO3作脱硫剂进行焚烧过程脱硫试验。试验结果表明:温度对脱硫有着重要的影响,最佳脱硫温度为830~870℃左右;随着Ca/S摩尔比的增大脱硫率增大,但增加的速度却趋于平缓,所得最佳Ca/S摩尔比为2.5。
【Abstract】 Because the medical wastes include rubber containing sulfur element, and their incineration would produce pollutant SO2, so it is necessary to desulphurization in medical wastes incineration. Firstly, from the thermodynamics analysis, it is known that during the desulphurization process with addition of absorbents, the absorbents with the best desulphurization effect have CaO, MgCO3, Mg(OH)2, Ca(OH)2, CaCO3, while the worst is MgO. Basing on many factors, CaCO3 was chosen as absorbent to do the desulphurization experiment in medical wastes incineration. The results show that: the temperature plays important effects on desulphurization, the optimal temperature is controlled around from 830℃ to 870℃; The smaller the granularity of absorbent is, the higher the utilizing efficiency of absorbent surface is, and the higher the desulphurization efficiency is; with the Ca/S increases, the desulphurization efficiency increases, but the increasing rate tends to slow, and the optimal Ca/S is 2.5; the concentration of produced SO2 increases with the wind capacity increases, while the removing rate decreases with the air increases.
