铁矿粉冷态流化床数值模拟的基础研究

【摘要】 鉴于熔融还原工艺设计开发过程的需要,根据多相流颗粒动力学理论建立流化床数值模拟的双流体数学模型,然后采用同位网格对模型控制方程离敏化,采用PISO算法解决压力速度的耦合问愿。对铁矿粉冷态流化床气体流化速度和颗粒粒径进行了数值模拟研究。

【Abstract】 Due to design and develop of smelt reduction processes which utilize the heat released by the combustion of carbon and other hydrocarbons in a reactor containing a molten bath, to achieve simultaneous smelting of ore to metal and the formation of a slag phase. A computational model, of which the governing equations are discretized with collocated grid arrangement Within the framework of PISO algorithm, has been developed and a numerical modeling study carried out of investigating fluidization gas velocity and diameter of particle of iron ore fluidized bed using a two-fluid continuum model with closure relation of kinetic theory.
