动力电缆温度在线监测系统

【摘要】 本文介绍了动力电缆在线监测系统的组成及工作原理和软件设计。该系统通过对电缆连接头的温度进行实时监测,以及对电缆过热故障特性的分析,可以有效地防止由于动力电缆连接头绝缘降低导致过热故障而引发的火灾。监测系统由A/D转换模块和工业控制计算机通过RS485总线连接构成, 而监测系统通过局域网与MIS系统相连。本系统采用组态软件和VB高级语言设计了人机界面和数据采集程序。

【Abstract】 An on-line power cable temperature supervision system is introduced in this paper. By monitoring temperature of power cable joints continually, this system will give alarm according to the character of cable over-heat fault when high temperature of a decreased insulation cable is detected. So it can prevent power cable from firing effectively. The system can be divided into tow level, supervision level and management level. Based on RS485 bus, the supervision level is composed of A/D modules and an industrial control computer (IPC), and the management level is composed of the upper computers forming a local area net with supervision IPC. A VB program is developed to access data from field equipment and configuration software is applied to design man-machine interface of the supervision system.
