安钢6号高炉炉役后期稳产高产生产实践

【摘要】 安钢6号高炉在炉役后期,稳产高产措施从两方面着手:一是加强炉体维护和设备管理;二是积极探讨合理的操作制度, 稳定煤气流,优化操作管理,在2004年平均利用系数达到3.54t/m3·d.

【Abstract】 No.6 BF at Anyang Steel is in its later period of campaign.In order to stabilize and increase iron output,two measures are taken:one is the strengthening blsat furnace body maintenace and equipment management;the other is trying to find the rational operation regulation,adjusting stable coal gas distribution, optimizing operation management.So productive ratio of 3.54 t/m3?d is reached in 2004.
