铁矿粉还原工艺评述

【摘要】 介绍了几种铁矿粉还原工艺:包括气体输送还原法、HTFW还原法、Circofer和FINEX工艺中的流态化预还原法、以及COMET法等,评述了它们各自特点和局限性,并提出能在低温下快速、连续还原铁矿粉或回收氧化铁粉的新工艺思路。

【Abstract】 Reduction technologies of fine iron ore such as gas-conveyed reduction,HTFW method,fluidization pre-reduction in Circofer and FINEX technology,and COMET method were introduced in this paper.Their respective merits as well as limitations were presented.A new technology of quick and continue reduction of fine iron ore or fine ferric oxide under low temperature was also introduced.
