环氧树脂/POSS纳米杂化材料的制备及其性能研究

【Abstract】 The octavinyl polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane (OvPOSS) was synthesized via the hydrolytic condensation of vinyltrichlorosilane catalyzed by concentrated hydrochloric acid and was further epoxidized by peroxyacetyl acid to form a new epoxy polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane (epoxy-POSS) ((CH2CHO)n(CH2CH)8-nSi8O12)- Epoxy resin/POSS hybrids were prepared via in situ polymerization of diglycidyl ether of bisphenol A (DGEBA), l,5-Diamino-2-methylpentane (Dytek A) and epoxy-POSS. The inorganic/organic nanocomposites containing POSS with different proportions were characterized by XRD, SEM, DSC, TGA. It indicated that epoxy resin/POSS hybrids improve thermal stability and mechanical properties.
