相变蓄能微胶囊的制备

【摘要】 <正>热能储存在建筑物集中空调和采暖系统、热电冷联供系统、相变节能建材及构件等方面有重要应用,不仅可缓解能量供求在时间和强度上不匹配的矛盾,而且可缩小相应能源系统的规模,节约初投资。相变材料作为储能载体,已广泛应用于上述领域,而将相变材料封装在胶囊中.再将胶囊混合入流体,形成固液两相功能流体以达到强化对流换热和蓄热蓄能的目的,是当前工程热物理的一个前沿热点。
【Abstract】 The microcapsules containing phase change materials(MCPCM) have recently received considerable attention in the field of thermal energy storage, due to their intrinsic properties. In this paper, the phase change microcapsules with polyurea shell for functionally thermal fluid application were synthesized by interfacial polymerization. Paraffin with melt point of 20℃ was used as a phase change material. The surface morphology and thermal properties of microcapsules were investigated by means of PCM and DSC , respectively. The experimental data show the MCPCM consist of 93.3% of paraffin wax and 6.7% of microcapsule wall material. And the MCPCM have a high thermal and mechanical stability.
