丙烯腈-甲基丙烯酸-丙烯酰胺共聚物泡沫塑料的研究

【Abstract】 Acrylonitrile (AN) /Methacrylic acid (MAA) /Acryloamide (AM) copolymer foam plastic was prepared via the means of two-step expansion. At the same time its bubble structure, mechanical and heat-resistant properties were investigated in this paper. Results reveal that the foam bubble is composed of polyhedrons, which are constructed by many planar bubble walls, and its closed-cell ratio is very high. With the density rising, bubble ridges become thicker and thicker, and its volume fraction increases, while the volume fraction of bubble wall decreases. The foaming multiple and bubble aperture are basically consistent in three-dimensional directions, so the foam plastic is isotropic. All these structural characters, which include a lot of imide rings, trapezium, crosslinking structures and fine bubble structure, make the foam plastic possess excellent mechanical and heat-resistant properties.
