漆酚的紫外光聚合反应特性

【摘要】 <正>生漆是一种天然高分子材料,在常温下会自然干燥成膜,但必须依赖漆酶的催化作用, 同时还需要特定的环境条件(温度20~30℃;相对湿度为80~90%)引。本文探讨生漆的主要成膜物质漆酚的紫外光聚合反应,并对其聚合机理进行初步研究。漆酚的紫外光聚合克服了生漆干燥成膜需特定的温度、湿度及干燥慢的缺点,有关这方面的研究未见文献报道。
【Abstract】 Urushiol can be polymerized without an initiator under UV irradiation. Compared with the traditional laccase-catalyzed polymerization process of urushiol, the UV polymerization of urushiol doesn’t need specific temperature and humidity. In this paper the UV polymerization of urushiol was investigated by means of FTIR and other analysis. The IR results indicated that the characteristic absorption peaks at 982cm-1, 945cm-1 of the conjugated dienes on urushiol unsaturated aliphatic side chains changed into single peak at 985 cm-1 when UV irradiation time was 3 min. The characteristic absorption peaks at 1592cm-1, 1620cm-1 of benzene framework vibration of urushiol almost didn’t change. At the same time, the characteristic absorption peak of urushiolquinone at 1657cm-1 and conjugated trienes at 992cm-1, 975cm-1 did not appear. Therefore it could be inferred that the process of UV polymerization of urushiol began with unsaturated aliphatic side chains
