酰胺型聚羧酸梳状分散剂的制备

【摘要】 <正>传统的聚羧酸分散剂PCE主要是通过两步法进行制备,首先合成具有反应活性的单甲基聚乙二醇(甲基)丙烯酸酯大单体MPEO-(M)A,然后将MPEO-(M)A大单体和(甲基)丙烯酸类单体进行自由基共聚反应,所得的聚羧酸类减水剂具有P(AA-g-EO)型梳状结构,此类聚羧酸分散剂的主要特点是主链和支链通过酯键相连接,当用作混凝土分散剂时,由于水泥体系的

【Abstract】 The novel comb-like amide polycarboxylate was synthesized by solution polymerization of modified monofunctional polyethylene glycol ended with an acrylamide group and (meth)acrylic derivants under certain condition. The structure in which the PEO teeth were attached to the backbone through amide or imide linkages was characterized by infrared spectroscopy. The molecular weight was checked by gel permeation chromatography. We found that the dispersibility and maintenance properties of SPI were absolutely better than ordinary polycarboxylates through cement slump loss experiments.
