二维镉(Ⅱ)配合物的结构与超分子作用
Structure and Supramolecular Interaction of Two-dimensional Cadmium(Ⅱ) Complex

【摘要】 通过高氯酸镉和3,4-吡啶二酸(3,4-H2pda)与4,4’-联吡啶(4,4’-bpy)反应,得到了二维配合物 [Cd(3,4-pda)(4,4’-bpy)(H2O)]·2H2O(1),并利用X-射线单晶衍射方法测定了配合物的结构。配合物中的4,4’-联吡啶以端基形式与Cd(Ⅱ)离子配位,通过3,4-吡啶二酸的羧基与氮原子与Cd(Ⅱ)离子配位形成了一个二维网状的配合物。配合物中3,4-吡啶二酸的吡啶环之间以及4,4’-联吡啶的吡啶环之间都存在π-π相互作用。
【Abstract】 Cadmium 2D coordination polymer [Cd(3,4-pda)(4,4’-bpy)(H2O)]n·2nH2O (1) (H2pda = 3,4-pyridinedicarboxylic acid; 4,4’-bpy = 4,4’-bipyridine) have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, infrared spectroscopy and X-ray single crystal diffraction. Crystallographic data for the complex: Monoclinic, C2/c, a = 27.345(4) A, b = 11.2530(16) A, c = 12.1068(16) A, β = 104.197(2)°, Z = 8, R1 = 0.0269, wR2 = 0.0625. 4,4’-bpy molecule acts as a terminal ligand bonding to Cd(Ⅱ) ion by one of the nitrogen atom other than a bridge ligand. The dimensional layer structures were constructed by 3,4-pda and intramolecular π-π stacking interactions were found in the complex.
