缺陷LB膜对受损伤肾小管细胞膜的模拟及其诱导草酸钙结石形成的分子机制

【摘要】 从分子和超分子的水平上讨论了肾上皮细胞膜受损伤后膜结构变化的分子机制。这些变化和缺陷不但为初始晶体的成核提供了有效位点,促进了早期微石的形成,而且增强了膜与肾结石矿物的粘附,加速肾结石形成。

【Abstract】 The molecular mechanisms of the microcosmic structure change of renal epithelial cells after injured were reviewed in the points of molecular and supramolecular level. It included the exposition of phosphatidylserine on cell surface induced by oxalate, calcium and polyamino acid, the expression of hyaluronic acid on the membrane surface caused by injured and proliferated tubular cells, and the destruction of orderly molecular array in the membrane. All these changes and defects not only served as sites for nucleation of nascent crystals and favored the formation of early microcrystals, but also increased the attachment of crystals on membrane thus accelerated the formation of renal calculus. At last, the problem faced and the developing direction were also indicated.
