一种化学储氢烟火剂配方设计研究

【摘要】 本文采用real程序和正交设计法对含有硼氢化钠(NaBH4)的化学储氢烟火药剂进行了配方设计计算,计算结果表明硼氢化钠的加入能显著提高烟火剂的热值,从而提高体系的总能量,计算确定了这类化学储氢烟火药剂的最佳配比。化学储氢烟火剂的DSC分析结果与计算结果相吻合,表明NaBH4能够用作高能烟火剂组分,具有良好的应用前景。

【Abstract】 Pyrotechnics is one of important energy-including materials and how to improve energy of pyrotechnics is in the front of the field. Hydrogen storage materials are focus studied both at home and abroad in recent years. Hydrogen storage materials and pyrotechnics which are mixed in certain proportion can get a higher energy than single pyrotechnics. Adding 20% a hydrogen storage material can make the whole energy of pyrotechnic raise by 14.31%, which provide a way to study new pyrotechnics. Authors use orthogonal law and REAL software to design and calculate the energy of hydrogen storage pyrotechnics. DSC results are in good agreement with calculation results by REAL software. The results give an important reference value for further study of pyrotechnic with high energy.
