葡萄叶中2,4-滴及2,4-滴丙酸的衍生化—电子捕获检测气相色谱分析法
The Analitycal Methods of 2,4-D and 2,4-DP in Grape Leaf by Derivatization and Gas Chromatography with Electrone-Capture Detection

【Abstract】 In this paper the conditions of derivatization reaction of 2,4-D and 2,4-DP with methanol,ethanol,n-propanol,isopropanol,n-butanol,isobutanol, n-pentanol,and isopentanol using sulphuric acid as catalyst were studied.The Liquid-liquid extraction of 2,4-D and 2,4-DP in grape leaf was also studied.On the basis of these studies the analytical methods of two herbicides in grape leaf using various derivatization and gas chromatography with electrone-capturen detection were developed.In these methods the more sensitive methods are n-butanol derivatization method and isopentanol derivatization method.The detection limit of both herbicides in grape were below 20ng/g using this two methods.In quantitative analysis 2,4-dichlorophenylacetic acid was used as internal standard.The linear range of working line of the two methods was from 60ng/mL to 3000ng/mL.The recoveries and RSD of the two methods were also satisfactory.
