酶催化-超临界CO2技术从穿山龙中萃取薯蓣皂甙元工艺

【Abstract】 Supercritical CO2 extraction technology is used to extract diosgenin from dioscorea, extracting technics and conditions are researched. The orthogonal experiment result shows, the extraction pressure is 35MPa, the extraction temperature is 55℃, CO2 flow rate is 40~45 kg/h , the extraction time is 3.0h. At the optimum condition, 4.58% rough diosgenin is obtained, the mass rate of diosgenin in the rough is 54.65%.
