【摘要】 三聚芴的衍生物(9,9,9",9"-bihexyl-9’,9’-diphenyl)-fluorenes(THPF),其EL发光呈深蓝,色坐标为(0.178,0.095),基本上达到了NTSC的蓝光标准(0.14,0.08)。除了色度上表现为深蓝外,其最大电流效率为1.27cd/A,相当于外量子效率1.8%。我们还通过实验证实了THPF具有很好的可以与(8-hydroxyquinoline)aluminum(Alq)相比较的电子传输特性,其电子迁移率甚至可能高于Alq。当用THPF作电子传输层时,超薄层的rubrene器件的电流效率达到了9.8cd/A,这个值是到目前为止超薄层材料发光的最高效率。
【Abstract】 An oligomer of polyfluorene, ter(9,9, 9",9"-bihexyl-9’,9’-diphenyl)-fluorenes (THPF)are studied. Its EL emission color is pure blue with CIE coordinates of (0.178, 0.095), almost identical to the coordinates of National Television System Committee standards (0.14, 0.08). In addition, the OLED exhibits a fairly high luminous efficiency of 1.27 cd/A, corresponding to an external quantum efficiency of 1.8 %. Then, we demonstrate by experiment that THPF functions better as an electron-transporting layer than as a hole-transporting layer in this device configuration, and may have a higher electron mobility than that of Alq. A maximum luminous efficiency of 9.8 cd/A is achieved from an OLED where a THPF layer and a rubrene sub-monolayer are used as electron-transporting and light-emitting layers, respectively. To our knowledge, this is the highest value in the ever reported OLEDs using a sub-monolayer as a light-emitting layer.
