新型有机红光发射材料的设计、合成及其在有机电致发光器件中的应用

【Abstract】 Among the blue-, green-, and red-emitting materials required for full color OLEDs, red-emitting materials remain one of the greatest challenges in terms of both color purity and efficiency for dynamic research. The most widely used red emitters so far in OLEDs are the DCM-type laser dyes, such as DCM1, DCJT, and DCJTB. However, they suffer from the following drawbacks: (1) tedious purification and high cost; (2) not pure-enough red emission; (3) serious concentration quenching effect; and (4) poor spectrum overlap with host materials such as Alq3. To overcome these disadvantages, a series of DCM-type dye molecules with novel structures were designed and synthesized, and their photoluminescence (PL) and electroluminescence (EL) properties were studied in depth. The excellent EL behaviors promise their applications in OLEDs as red emitters.
