【Abstract】 AMWFA and TICM methods are powerful tools in obtaining the qualitative and quantitative information of pure components existing in complex systems. The advantages of the two methods are obvious after the analysis of simulated and real chromatographic data with high complexity. They can be very promising methods in the future study in metabonomics, system biology, and other subjects.
