【Abstract】 The color of the oil seed coats relates to the quality of the seeds. And the polyphenol molecules in the seed coats relates to the color of the seed coats. The polyhenoles in the samples of the seed coats were extracted with HCl-CH3OH. The UV Spectrums were measured. On the hasis of the displacements of the spectral bandⅠ a nd Ⅱ after adding diagnostic reagents, the difference of the molecule structure was deduced: The A ring has a single hydroxyl in the polyphenol molecules in yellow seed coats. The A ring has dihydroxyls in that in the black seed coats.更多还原
