精氨酸二肽的正离子电喷雾质谱研究

【Abstract】 With the assistance of inorganic phosphorus amino acids could assemble to be peptide. In this paper, we used electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (ESI-MS) to investigate the possible fragmentation pathway for dipeptide Arg-Arg.We found that dipeptide Arg-Arg may have different fragmentation pathway from other oligopeptide.
